Important Notes

Visa approval is subject to final review by the Vietnam Immigration Department. All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

False documents or misrepresentation will result in rejection.

Your passport must have at least two blank pages for visa sticker and entry stamps and must be signed on the last page.

All documents must be clear paper photocopies. Mobile photos or digital printouts will not be accepted.

All supporting documents must be in English or accompanied by an official translation.
