1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. All booking requests must be submitted via the official website, telephone, or email.
1.2. A booking is only considered valid after you receive a formal Confirmation Email/Letter and Payment Notice from our company. Verbal commitments are not binding.
1.3. Please carefully review all details on the Confirmation Letter (including dates, times, itinerary, vehicle type, guide language, and pick-up/drop-off locations). Notify us immediately of any errors.
2. Quotations and Fees
2.1. All quotations are based on the itinerary and scope of services confirmed at the time of booking and are calculated in local currency (e.g., HKD/MOP).
2.2. Quotations generally include: tour guide service, coach rental, driver allowance, fuel, tolls, and parking fees.
2.3. Quotations generally exclude: gratuities for guides and drivers, baggage fees, attraction tickets, meals, accommodation, and any other personal expenses not listed in the Confirmation Letter.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total fee is required upon booking confirmation.
3.2. Final Payment: The final balance must be settled at least 6 days before the service start date, via cash or designated electronic payment methods (specified in the Confirmation Letter/Invoice).
3.3. Failure to pay within the specified period grants our company the right to cancel the booking unilaterally, and the paid deposit will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
4.1. Cancellation by Customer:
15 days or more before service start: Full refund.
7 to 14 days before service start: 30% of the total fee will be deducted, and a complimentary rescheduling is available (subject to availability).
3 to 6 days before service start: 50% of the total fee will be deducted, and a complimentary rescheduling is available (subject to availability)..
Within 3 days of service start: No refund.
*All payments made towards third-party services (hotels, admission tickets, catering, public transport) are final and non-refundable.
4.2. Itinerary Changes:
Requests to change the confirmed itinerary must be notified to us in writing as early as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment, subject to availability on the day.
Itinerary changes may lead to quotation adjustments, requiring mutual reconfirmation.
4.3. Force Majeure: If services cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as adverse weather, government restrictions, or sudden emergencies/equipment failures, our company will offer a full refund or assist in arranging an alternative date (subject to availability). No further compensation will be provided.
5. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations
5.1. Please assemble promptly at designated locations. Guide and driver service hours strictly adhere to the Confirmation Letter; overtime will incur additional charges.
5.2. Please comply with local laws and regulations and follow the guidance of the guide and driver. Our company is not responsible for any consequences arising from inappropriate or illegal personal conduct.
5.3. Please safeguard personal belongings. Our company is not liable for any loss or damage of property during the trip.
5.4. Smoking, consuming strong-smelling food, and carrying dangerous goods are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
5.5. Additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from customer damage to the vehicle will be charged.
6. Coach and Guide Service
6.1. According to the Macau Special Administrative Region's "Travel Agency Industry and Guide Profession Law," all group tour activities conducted in Macau must be accompanied by a locally licensed guide.
6.2. We guarantee that all vehicles provided meet safety standards and hold valid operating licenses.
6.3. Vehicle assignment is based on the number of participants booked; however, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class under special circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown).
6.4. Guides will provide commentary in the confirmed language and strive to deliver a quality experience, but their views and commentary content do not represent the stance of our company.
7. Luggage and Items
7.1. Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal items. Please take all belongings with you when disembarking. Our company will assist in storing items left onboard for up to 14 days, after which they will be disposed of.
8. Insurance
8.1. Our company has purchased the relevant compulsory liability motor insurance as required by law. Customers are advised to purchase additional personal travel insurance (either independently or through us) to cover risks such as personal accident, medical expenses, and property loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. For any itinerary delays, changes, or losses caused by traffic congestion, adverse weather, strikes, war, plague, or any other force majeure events, our company's liability is limited to refunding the cost of services not rendered.
10. Personal Data
10.1. The personal data you provide will be used solely for booking, confirmation, and service provision purposes, in strict compliance with our privacy policy.
11. Agreement and Acceptance
11.1. By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all contents of these Terms and Conditions.
