DEBBIE NGAI
Executive Director
Ms Debbie Ngai serves as the executive director of Mundial International Travel Service Co., Ltd, the secretary-general of the Travel Industry Council of Macau, the vice-president of Macau Leisure Tourism Services Innovation Association, and the former chief executive officer of MITS Macau International Travel Service Co., Ltd.
Ms Ngai commenced her career in the hotel industry and ultimately engaged in the tourism industry for more than 20 years. As a professional travel consultant and sophisticated entrepreneur, Ms Ngai has served over 90% of secondary schools and organizations in Macau. She prioritizes her clients' safety and social connection.
With her enthusiastic, dynamic, smart personality and hospitality, she emphasizes experiencing life within a diverse culture and inspiring trips which create lots of amazing and memorable travel experiences for her customers.
Ms Ngai actively participates in social affairs such as poverty reduction and international education programs. She and her elite team have contributed a great success in the travel industry of Macau and the development of the education business across Macau, Europe, and mainland China.

Ms. Rinky Poon is a highly qualified professional with an MBA degree and years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically in large-scale and integrated resorts.
