1. Visa consultation services will only be provided after successful payment. All personal information submitted will be used solely for visa application purposes, and the travel agency will not disclose it to any third parties other than the visa processing staff and the immigration authorities. 2. Visa approval is subject to final review by the Consulate/ Immigration Department. All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. 3. False documents or misrepresentation will result in rejection. 4. Do not purchase flight tickets or make hotel reservations before receiving the visa to avoid unnecessary losses. 5. All submitted documents may be required to hand over to the consulate and cannot be retrieved during the process. 6. Your passport must have at least two blank pages for visa sticker and entry stamps and must be signed on the last page. 7. All documents must be clear paper photocopies. Mobile photos or digital printouts will not be accepted. 8. All supporting documents must be in English or accompanied by an official translation. 9. Signatures on all forms must match the signature on your passport.
