Detailed itinerary, confirmed hotel, transportation, and flight bookings

Travel medical insurance certificate (must cover the entire Schengen area during the stay, with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000)

Financial proof in English: Bank statements from the past 6 months, payment receipt from travel agency (if applicable)

Employees: Copy of employer business license, payslips, employment certificate or company guarantee letter (must state job title, salary, employment start date, and include issuer’s name, position, contact number; printed on official letterhead with company stamp, signature, and issue date)

Employers: Copy of business registration certificate or shareholder certificate, and proof of income

Retirees: Proof of pension or other fixed income

Students: Student ID, transcript, birth certificate (with official translation), copy of parents’ passports or ID cards (with signature), parent’s financial and income proof, and notarized consent letter signed by both parents if under 18 and traveling without them

Homemakers: Copy of marriage certificate, spouse’s passport copy, and financial/income proof of both applicant and spouse

Copy of previous Schengen visa(s) (if any)

Visa approval is subject to final review by the Consulate. All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

False documents or misrepresentation will result in rejection.

All submitted documents must be handed over to the consulate and cannot be retrieved during the process.

Your passport must have at least two blank pages for visa sticker and entry stamps and must be signed on the last page.

All documents must be clear paper photocopies. Mobile photos or digital printouts will not be accepted.

All supporting documents must be in local language, English or accompanied by an official translation.

Signatures on all forms must match the signature on your passport.
