Copy of Resident ID Card

Use of Representative Form (IMM5476)

One recent color passport photo (white background, 35mm x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months)

Copy of Marriage Certificate (if married)

Financial proof in English: Bank statements or transaction records from the last 6 months. Each deposit must not be less than HKD 30,000.

Employees: Proof of employment, employer’s guarantee letter or leave letter (must state position, start date, salary, and approved leave period)

Employers: Copy of business registration certificate or shareholder certificate, and income proof

​Students: Student ID, birth certificate, parent's financial and income proof, notarized authorization letter (IMM5604) signed by both parents if the student is traveling without them

Homemakers: Financial and income proof of the applicant and spouse

Copy of previous Canadian or U.S. visa (if any)

Travel itinerary, hotel, or flight booking confirmations

Invitation letter (if visiting relatives or attending business events hosted by a Canadian company)
