Required Documents

  1. Visa Application Form (Form 1419)

  2. Valid passport (copy, over 6 months validity, signed last page)

  3. Copy of Resident ID Card

  4. Representative Form (Form 956a)

  5. One recent color passport photo (white background, 35mm x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months)

  6. Financial proof in English: Bank statements or transaction records from the last 6 months. Each deposit must not be less than HKD 30,000.

  7. Employees: Proof of employment, employer’s guarantee letter or leave letter (must state position, start date, salary, and approved leave period)

  8. Employers: Copy of business registration certificate or shareholder certificate, and income proof

  9. Students: Student ID, birth certificate, parent's financial and income proof, notarized Form 1229 signed by both parents if the student is under 18 and traveling without them.

  10. Homemakers: Financial and income proof of the applicant and spouse, copy of marriage certificate

  11. Previous Australian visa copy (if any)

  12. Color copy of all non-blank passport pages

  13. Itinerary, confirmed hotel and flight bookings

  14. Invitation letter (if visiting friends, family, or attending business/cultural events in Australia)

Important Notes
 

  1. Visa approval is subject to final review by the Australian Consulate. All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

  2. False documents or misrepresentation will result in rejection.

  3. Your passport must have at least two blank pages for visa sticker and entry stamps and must be signed on the last page.

  4. All documents must be clear paper photocopies. Mobile photos or digital printouts will not be accepted.

  5. All supporting documents must be in English or accompanied by an official translation.

  6. Signatures on all forms must match the signature on your passport.
